Meet Our Family

We are not a zoo, we are not a commercial roadside enterprise…. We are a sanctuary

Twixie

Twixie is a 16 year old White Bengal Tiger Back in 2008  A man did the unspeakable, he broke her back with a pry bar right threw the cage.We were told to just put her down, but she just had so much fight and life still in her that we could not do it.  With lots of love, determination and  prayer, Twixie is now mobile! She still has issues but we work with her daily with her physical therapy. She had to have her tail amputated and still shows scars from her injuries but she is a fighter and never gives up!! ...we are very excited about her new pool that is being installed soon so she can do exercises in the water.

If you can allow Twixie into your heart like we have please make a  donation so we can help any future animals that would normally just be “put down”

Ceasar

Ceasar is a 18 year old African lion. Back in 2009 we had a volunteer here at the center who we thought was a good person, Boy were we ever wrong! She decided it was acceptable to poison Ceasar with anti-freeze! He became very ill with renal failure, we took him to a veterinarian who gave him 2 weeks to live, well we refused to give up on him, with lots of love determination and prayer it is now 2014 and Ceasar is still with us!!,

His treatments, medications and daily fluids are very costly though & we sure could use some help. Please if you can let Ceasar into your heart like we have make a donation.Caesar AKA Sooky
